Ieri la mia dolce metà..che ha da poco incominciato a destreggiarsi tra i fornelli...mi ha preparato questo delizioso risotto..semplice, non troppo calorico, e molto gustoso!
RISOTTO ASPARAGI E ROBIOLA
Ingredienti:
160 gr di riso
circa 8/ 10 asparagi
1 robiola
1 scalogno
1 dado vegetale bio
1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco
Preparazione:
Pulire e far lessare 5 minuti gli asparagi. Tagliarli a pezzetti.
Nella stessa acqua in cui avete cucinato gli asparagi, mette un dado vegetale bio senza glutammato, per avere così il brodo per cucinare il riso.
Far scaldare nella casseruola per il risotto un cucchiaio di olio e far rosolare lo scalogno.
Tostare il riso qualche minuto, sfumare con il vino bianco ed incominciare ad aggiungere poco alla volta il brodo.
A metà cottura aggiungere gli asparagi. A cottura terminata togliere dal fuoco, mantecare con la robiola e una bella macinata di pepe.

RISOTTO WITH ASPARAGUS AND ROBIOLA:
Ingredients:
160 gr of rice
8/10 asparagus
1 shallot
1 vegetable stock cube bio
1/2 cup of wine
Preparation:
Clean and boil for 5 minutes the asparagus, after that cut them into pieces.
In the same water in which you cooked the asparagus, put an organic vegetable cube.
Put the oil and the shallot in a pot. After that toast the rice a few minutes.
Deglaze with wine and begin to add the broth slowly.
At the end , add the asparagus. Remove the pot from the heat and put the Robiola and a good grinding of pepper!

IT: Mi sono sempre piaciuti gli smalti, di ogni colore dal blu, al giallo, dal rosa al verde, ma fino ad ora ho sempre usato quelli normali. Ho sempre guardato con occhio un po' strano quelli semipermanenti, primo perchè farlo dall'estetista è una tassa!, secondo perchè comprare tutto il kit mi pareva una spesa eccessiva, ma poi guarda e riguarda, pensa e ripensa, mi sono finalmente decisa e ho comprato la lampada.
Inizialmente volevo comprare la lampada di Essence che costava 25 euro ed il suo kit con gli smalti, ma arrivata in profumeria era SOLD OUT! °_°
Ho incomiciato allora la pazza ricerca su internet e mi sono persa in un mare di colori, marchi, di smalti in gel, top coat, opachi, glitter di tutto!!!
Alla fine mi sono ripresa e ho scelto di comprare la lampada su Amazon a 16 euro..sperando sia valida!
Per ora però non ho comprato nessuno smalto semipermanente perchè ho comunque deciso di comprare il kit di smalti di essence che userò con la lampada che ho comprato.
Essence ha fatto uscire questa linea di smalti da cuocere sotto la lampada molto particolari.
I pro: - costa poco ( devi comprare 3 smalti: primer, peel off e topcoat che costano 3,99)
- puoi usare il tuo smalto normalmente
I contro: - la durata è di 10/ 15 giorni, che per me che cambio spesso colore però è più che sufficiente!
L'applicazione è molto semplice:
1) detergere l'unghia e passare il primer molto bene su tutta l'unghia
2) passare un'abbondante strato di PeelOff, stando attente a passarlo bene sulle punte (io non l'ho fatto e quindi non è venuto perfetto perchè la fase successiva dipende da quanto avete passato bene questo peeloff)
3) mettere la mano nella lampada..io l'ho tenuta 180 secondi non avendo la lampada essence.
4)stendere lo smalto che si vuole e lasciar asciugare bene ( io ho usato Rimmel salon 617)
5) detergere e stendere il top coat in maniera uniforme
6) mettere la mano sotto la lampada..io l'ho tenuta 180 secondi
7) detergere bene l'unghia
Non so se sono validi e quanto possono durare, ma li proverò un paio di volte e poi vi dirò! L'unica cosa che posso dire ora è che cmq è semplice farlo!

However, finally I decided to buy the right lamp.
Initially I wanted to buy the Essence lamp and its kit, but when I arrrived at the perfumery...it was SOLD OUT!
So I started a crazy research on the web and I got lost in a sea of colours, marks, gel top, top coat and glitter over all!
At the end I choose to buy a lamp on Amazon for 16 euros...hoping to be valid!
For now I have not bought any gel polish, but I decided to buy the Essence kit, because:
Pros: it is cheap ( in Italy 3,99 the primer, the peel-off and the top coat)
you can use your normal enamel.
Cons: the duration is about 10/15 days.
The application is very simple:
1) Clean with the right Cleanser the nail and spread the primer very well over the entire nail;
2) Put a generous passed of Peel off.
3) Put your hand into the lamp. ( for 180 seconds if you hane't the Essence lamp)
4) Use the polish you prefer ( i used Rimmel saloon 617);
5) Clean with the Cleanser and apply the top coat carefully;
6) Put your hand under the lamp ( 180 seconds);
7) Degrease very well your nail with the Cleanser.
I do not know if they are valid and how long they can last, but I'll try them a couple of times and then I will tell you!
The only thing I can say now is that it's easy to do!
Finally, in my research, i found the thermo polish, which changes colour according to the warmth of your hands. I think it is pretty cool! and I want to buy it now!
IT: Ieri sera sono stata al cinema a vedere The Monuments Men, il nuovo film di George Clooney.
Il cast è straordinario, si annoverano nomi quali: George Clooney, Cate Blachett, Matt Damon, Jean Dujardin e Bill Murray.
La trama parla di un gruppo di esperti d'arte e soldati, i Monuments Man, i quali partono per l'europa alla ricerca delle opere d'arte saccheggiate da Hitler durante la seconda guerra mondiale.
Il film è davvero piacevole. Girato bene, simpatico, ma allo stesso tempo spunto per molte riflessioni.
D'ora in poi, inoltre, voglio divertirmi e dare un voto al film, come fanno i migliori critici..hihihi...percui il mio voto per questo film è....rullo di tamburi....7-, perchè è carino, ma mi aspettavo forse un tantino di più!
Ciò non toglie che il soggeto del film mi abbia suscitato in me molta curiosità.
Così navigando ho letto diverse cose interessanti.
Innanzitutto il film è tratto da una storia vera, che è stata raccontata in un libro.
Questo libro racconta la pazzia di Hitler e il coraggio di questi Uomini, circa 350 soldati/esperti d'arte.
Il testo è di un filantropo americano, Robert M. Edsel, a cui va il merito d’aver salvato dall’oblio il lavoro dei “Monuments men” creando nel 2007 la Monuments Men Foundation.
La passione di Edsel per la storia degli uomini monumento nasce nel
1996 quando si stabilisce con la famiglia a Firenze. Allora – racconta –
guardando Ponte Vecchio, si chiede come le opere d’arte abbiano potuto
salvarsi dalla guerra e dalla devastazione. Cerca una risposta e per
ottenerla impiegherà anni di ricerche, condotte su entrambi i lati
dell’Atlantico. Edsel entra anche in contatto con 17 ufficiali che erano
appartenuti a questa unità speciale, attraverso i qualsi riuscirà a risalire alle dinamiche della storia.
Tralasciando il fatto, non poco importante, che la seconda guerra
mondiale sia una delle più grande tragedie dell'umanità e che abbia
rubato la vita a più di 72 milioni di persone, questa guerra ha portato
via tanta cultura e tante opere d'arte.
Da Michelangelo a Da
Vinci, da Picasso a Vermeer, Hitler decise di saccheggiare tutte le
opere d'arte che incontrava, conoscnedo bene l'importanza che avevano
per tutta l'umanita.
Va, secondo me premesso per capire meglio,
che Hitler fu un pittore ed un appasionato d'arte e prima di divenire il
carnefice di intere popolazioni, girovagò a Vienna nella speranza di
diventare un artista conclamato. ( e lascitemelo dire...ma
Magari!!!almeno non avrebbe fatto ciò che ha fatto).
Ed è per questo motivo che Hitler, voleva edificare a Linz, in Austria, la più
grande esposizione permanente d’arte dell’universo, tanto che
commissionò al suo architetto Albert Speer il plastico del progetto e se
lo portò nel suo bunker a Berlino.
Infatti mentre la guerra andava finendo questo gruppo di esperti d'arte /soldati sbarcò in Europa.
Inizialmente nel ’43 la missione degli uomini monumento era
quella di limitare i danni durante i combattimenti, ma col procedere
della guerra cominciarono a rintracciare le opere saccheggiate, spesso
nascoste nelle miniere tedesche.
A volte trovate in treni, tra cui il più importante fu un treno speciale con 25 vagoni che trasportò in Germania più di 4.000 oggetti dalla collezione Rothschild, Selgimann e Wildenstein.
Altre volte nascosti in
luoghi incredibili (castelli inaccessibili sulle Alpi o la miniera di
Bernterode in Turingia, cinquecento metri sotto terra), c’erano decine
di migliaia dei più importanti capolavori dell’umanità, incluse opere di
Leonardo, Vermeer, Rembrandt, Picasso, Michelangelo e Donatello.
Gli uomini monumento trovarono in tutti questi luoghi milioni di opere, ma, purtroppo, quando il Führer capì di aver
perso la guerra, lanciò l’Operazione Nerone, che prevedeva tra l’altro
di distruggere con gli esplosivi i tesori confiscati.
Il loro lavoro dei monuments men continuò fino al 1951. Edsel
sostiene che hanno restituito più di cinque milioni di oggetti rubati,
tra libri, disegni, sculture, oggetti sacri e dipinti, come l’astronomo di Vermeer, dipinto ambitissimo da Hitler; e poi La ronda di nottedi Rembrandt, che si trovava in una grotta scavata nel XVII secolo dagli olandesi durante un’altra guerra; la già Dama con l’Ermellino, rubata dal tedesco che fu governatore generale della Polonia, Hans Frank; e ancora la Madonna di Michelangelo,
rubata dalla cattedrale di Bruges.
Nonostante il lavoro mirabile, che hanno effettuato questi uomini di coraggio, molto opere sono andate perse, altre bruciate o fatte esplodere, altre sono ancora in fase di ritrovamente. Tanto che un articolo di Repubblica dell'11 Dicembre 2014 recita così:
"BERLINO - Altre 60 opere d'arte sono state trovate nella casa di Salisburgo di
Cornelius Gurlitt, l'81enne che aveva tenuto nascosti a Monaco oltre 1500 capolavori razziati all'epoca del nazionalsocialismo. Tra le nuove tele scoperte figurerebbero anche un Picasso, dei Monet e dei Renoir."
Anche in Italia vi fu un uomo che dedicò 5 anni della sua vita, dal 1939 al 1944, alla custodia e alla protezione di molte opere italiane, dal Tinotoretto a Piero della Francesca, da Mantegna a Raffaello. Il suo nome è Pasquale Rotondi, storico d'arte italiano, che salvò circa 10000 opere italiane dalla distruzione e dal saccheggio delle truppe naziste. Questa Operazione venne chiamata Operazione salvataggio.

EN: Last Night I went to the cinema and I saw The Monuments Men, the new film of George Clooney.
The cast is extraordinary, it includes big names such as George Clooney, Cate Blanchett, Matt Damon, Jean Dujardin and Bill Murray.
The plot is about a group of art experts and soldiers, the Monument Men, who leaves to Europe in search of works of art stollen by Hitler during the World War Two.
The film is very nice. Shot well, funny, but at the same time it inspires many reflections.
From now on I want to give a mark to all moviess I will watch, how the best crtics do..hihi..so my vote for this film is...drum roll...7-, because is nice, but I would not define it the film of the year.
Nevertheless the plot i very interesting and I decide to search different infomation about it.
Firstly, the film is based on a true story that was told in a book: " Monuments Men: allied heroes, nazi thieves and greatest treasure hunt in history"
This book is about the madness oh Hitler and the courage of these men, 350 soldiers.
The text was written by an American philanthropist, Robert Edsel, who has the merit of having rescued from oblivion the work oh the Monuments Men and he has created The Monuments Men foundation in 2007.
One day, walking around the city, edsel noticed that so many arts work were unbroken despite the WWII and he wondered how tit could be possible. So he started the research and he founded 7 soldiers of the unit and he discovered a lot of news.
The WWII is one of the greatest tragedies of mankind and that it stol not only 72 milion of lives, but also a udge quantity of works of art.
From Michelangelo to Da Vinci, from Picasso to Vermeer, Hitler decided to sack all the works of art he met, knowing well the importance of culture.
It is important to know, that Hitler was a painter an before becoming the killer of entire populations, he wondered in Vienna in the hope of becoming a famous artist.
It is for this reason that Hitler want to build the biggest museum of the world.
In fact, while the war was about to end this group of art saviours landed in Europe.
Initially in 1943, the mission of the monuments men was to limit the damage of arts work during the fighting, but with the progress of the war brgan to trace the looted works, often hiden in mines.
Other times, arts work werw founded in train, other times in incredible places, like castles in the Alps.
The monuments men founded in this places a lot of masterpieces, but when thr Fuhrer become aware he had lost the war, he launced the Nerone Operation, which consisted of the distruction of all works of art.
The monument men continued thei work until 1952. Edsel argues that more than five milion of stolen items were rescued. The most important are Astronomer Vermeer, The Night Watch of Rembrandt, The Lady with a Ermine and Madonna of Michelangelo.
Despite the admirabe work of these men, a lot of masterpieces have been lost, or burned or have not been founded yet.
